A wonderful
opportunity to enjoy a spectacular aerial view of London.
This flying sightseeing trip 'take's off' from a
Buckinghamshire Airfield, just outside London. These flights
are available throughout the year, 7 days a week and
although booking in advance is advised, flights can normally
be arranged at short notice.
The flights take place
in a Bell Jet Ranger 206 Helicopter that seats six
passengers and cruises at 150 miles per hour. You will get a
wonderful Birds Eye View of the Thames and the sights of
London from 1000 feet above.
Departing from the
beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside the Jet Ranger
Helicopter heads north initially to historic Marlow where
the passengers are rewarded with a spectacular aerial view
of Marlow Bridge and Weir. You enter the special Heli-Routes
operated by Heathrow Air Traffic Control at Cookham and fly
to Kew Bridge where you will join the Thames and follow it
Eastwards through the centre of London over Westminster, Big
Ben, House's of Parliment, Londen Eye, London Bridge, The
Tower of London and down to the Millennium Dome. Once past
the Dome the aircraft will turn back to follow the route in
reverse for your return to the Buckinghamshire
Airfield.
Superb aerial
photographs and videos can be achieved from the Jet Ranger
helicopter, and we encourage passengers to bring along
photographic equipment for this purpose.
The flights are
designed for four passengers at a time, however they are
still very reasonably priced for a smaller
party.nd good
value for money for only two or three passengers.
